HAVES and have-nots

This poem is too subjective

and it's not at all objective

No. It's not.

This poem is a free verse.

Some may label it a curse

But it's not.

It's excruciatingly painful that majority wins.

Second to the love for God is my love for the have-nots.

Haves are the citizens with normal brains.

They're like God. Roaming freely.

Have-nots are the ones with ocd, schizophrenia, bipolar, boderline,etc.

They are, like the demons, chained in the abyss of the mental asylum.

Haves dictate commandments.

Have-nots are mere humans.

Wait. Then why are they treated worse than animals? Food for thought.

Some catholic saints were have-nots.

Some have-nots are

' MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS'

Oh it pains my heart

To express in this art

That the agony of the have-nots has no end.

God is love

God is love St Paul teaches us that God is the same Yesterday, today and forever. God doesn't change. Love doesn't change. If it does change, it was never love. St John tells us  that God is love. God sacrificed for us Therefore, love demands sacrifice  As Gold is purified in a furnace. Our love for God gets tested in the furnace of suffering.

I don't know God

 I do not know the God who reigns in heaven. I don't know the God whom nations fear. I don't know the God whom you call King. I only know the God who dwells in our heart, who is near to those who call on him and who makes haste to help. GOD is a parent to the orphan. He's a child to the childless. God's a friend to the needy. To a widow, he is a spouse. To the homeless, he's a house. God is someone from whom nothing you can hide. He's your husband. You're his bride.
