Undying desire

To covet is to want.
It's a desire that will haunt.
Coveting is not good.
It destroys brotherhood.

God gives us what we need.
He doesn't satisfy our greed.
In vain is our labour
if we desire what's of our neighbour.

Covetousness is a sin.
Your focus it will ruin.
It's a sibling of envy.
It's the weapon of the enemy.
 
It will corrupt your brain.
All your energy it will drain.
To covet is an evil act.
Negative is it's impact.

The only way to deal with thoughts like these
is to surrender your desires to the God of peace.

God is love

God is love St Paul teaches us that God is the same Yesterday, today and forever. God doesn't change. Love doesn't change. If it does change, it was never love. St John tells us  that God is love. God sacrificed for us Therefore, love demands sacrifice  As Gold is purified in a furnace. Our love for God gets tested in the furnace of suffering.

I don't know God

 I do not know the God who reigns in heaven. I don't know the God whom nations fear. I don't know the God whom you call King. I only know the God who dwells in our heart, who is near to those who call on him and who makes haste to help. GOD is a parent to the orphan. He's a child to the childless. God's a friend to the needy. To a widow, he is a spouse. To the homeless, he's a house. God is someone from whom nothing you can hide. He's your husband. You're his bride.
